1. 1. Research to design: Without research there is no product. The design process always begins with an investigation to discover and understand the universe in which we are going to intervene.
   2. Listening to Learn from Users: They are the protagonists of our process: we want to see how they see, understand how they understand. Only then can we offer solutions that are truly useful.
   3. Solve a reality: A solid value proposition is based on solving real problems. If we don’t attack a need, no matter how small, the product doesn’t make sense.
   4. Contemplate diversity: We make products accessible, our design decisions are to include and not to exclude people.
   5. The client, team member: Our products are co-created and not an act of magic of which the client only knows the show of the deliverable. The client is a part of the team.
   6. Standardize to create: Creativity and standardization are not contradictions. We think of components before screens. We streamline our work based on previous learning.
   7. Validate to make progress: We analyze, measure and validate. We generate evidence to make good decisions taking care of the health of the project.
   8. Test to improve: No design is finished until someone uses it: we test our designs, learn from users and iterate.
   9. Play in team: No one works in solitude and isolation. Collaborative and interdisciplinary work is part of our day to day and enriches our vision.
   10. Feedback to grow: Every product is better after a team review. We give and receive feedback to grow as professionals and offer better solutions.
