The OPEX Coaching Certificate Program (CCP) has been curated for over 25 years by founder, James Fitzgerald, and is set-apart by providing comprehensive coaching theory as well as practical application of its principles.
Problem
The client has asked Amalgama for help in building their ongoing platform. The client was facing various obstacles: instability and slowness in the application, difficulties in developing new functionalities, and a growing dissatisfaction among users. Additionally, uncertainty about potential failures added frustration to the development team.
