We teamed up with two savvy entrepreneurs from the vibrant streets of New Jersey who brought Prezzierge to life.
It’s a game-changing venture designed to assist those in need of gift-giving expertise: Think of it as your very own personal shopping guru, exclusively dedicated to all things gifts!

Problem

Their main pain point was the lack of scalability in their current business model.
Every aspect, from understanding clients’ preferences to processing payments, was being handled manually.
Recognizing the need for growth, they were determined to shake things up and revolutionize their approach.

Solution

We began validating their business through a discovery process, which allowed us to validate the pain identified, and understand which were the key features for our first MVP.
Through that process we defined a 4 month roadmap that would allow our clients to scale their business considerably. The goal set for the MVP, which allowed us to prioritize, was saving time for our clients and improving the experience of their clients.
